HALO's scheduling is based on 3 semesters throughout the year. The spring semester runs from January – April, the summer semester from May – August, and the fall semester from September – December. Further information regarding scheduling can be discussed once a New Client Intake has been submitted to HALO. Students are categorized into 3 groups. The 3 groups include: Campers, Texas Clients, and Local Clients. Campers are students who visit HALO from outside Texas. Campers (Age 7-adult) have the opportunity to attend a Soma® RPM camp up to 3 times a year based on the 3 semesters listed above. Specific days and times are reserved for our Texas Clients, in which the student has 2 – 1:1 sessions (1-40 minute and 1-25 minute appointment). Appointment availability varies depending on the number of Texas Clients families enrolled in a given semester.
