Spring '20 Camp Registration Announcement

This is informational only as it provides the date/time online registration opens and other pertinent information.

Spring '20"camp" Registration (Jan-April) will open Saturday, Nov 16th at 11am (CDT ) To begin the registration process on Sat, Nov 16 you will need to "log in" from the home page with your member username/password (You will be able to log in ONLY prior to 11am CDT ) . At 11am CDT go to the "appointments " page which then magically becomes the " registration page " which allows you to view the camp weeks/times available ,so if you are logged in before 11am please refresh your page at 11am CDT..

*Camp" registration is for out-of-state/country students only. Ages 7- adult. Local and statewide Texas registration is done separately . If you are a local or Texas resident and have not been seen at HALO but are interested please contact HALO regarding scheduling.

Registering for more than one camp is permitted. Please note camp weeks are subject to availability.

Please note: Camp is for students ages 7-adult only. Your HALO Membership must be current in order to log in with your username/password on the day of registration (* please do not wait till the day of registration to do this) otherwise you will have to renew your membership first.

A "New Client Intake" ( * please do not wait till the day of registration to do this) form for your child must be submitted,if you have not already submitted one. You do not need to submit another new client intake form unless it has been several years since you have been seen at HALO.

*Once logged in with username/password proceed to "Appointments" to begin registration process.

*New students or First time registering online for camp ,will need to login from the home page click on "Appointments" then click on "Add a student" to fill out the profile information. Please note this step cannot be started prior to 11am CDT. This step takes a few seconds and is only required to be done one time. Future online registrations you will not be asked to " add student".

**Please note: The "drop down box" with the student name or to "Add" a new student will not appear until registration begins) To get back to the home page from anywhere on the website, press the HALO logo in the top left hand corner of the page. Next, click on "Appointments" (located on the side bar on the left ) then click on the drop down box with your child's name to continue the registration process.

* Families that have more than one student (siblings ) Or families wanting to travel together ( up to 3 families/students) to have camp the same week will not be able to register more than one child online at the same time so please contact HALO by Sat, Oct 19th if you are interested in registering for Spring '20 semester.

**Families residing outside the U.S. that have a significant time difference due to their time zone that would effect the ability to register at 11am CDT, please contact HALO by Sat, Oct 19th if interested in registering for Spring '20.

"Camp" consists of twice daily (one 40min and one 25 min session with a break in between) ,1:1 RPM student instructional sessions with Soma each consecutive day of "Camp" (ie 4 day "camp" =8 total sessions ) Tues-Fri ($850) .Please note some 4 day camp weeks may not be held Tues-Fri and may be Mon-Thurs so please pay attention to the dates. We may also offer 3 day "camps " typically Wed-Fri ($650 = 6 total sessions ) All camp sessions are recorded. You will receive a recording of all camp sessions .

**In order to register for a camp you must use a credit card ( We accept Visa,Mastercard ) to secure the required deposit. This is equal to one half of the total camp amount and is non-refundable and non-transferable. A 4-day camp is $850 of which a 1/2 deposit of $425 is required to confirm. A 3-day camp is $650 of which a 1/2 deposit of $325 is required to confirm. The remainder of the balance is due the week of your camp and can be paid at the counter. We do not "capture" your full credit card info since we are a secure website so you will need to provide a credit card at the counter to pay final balance or exact cash or check payable to HALO. Please check the expry date on the card you use prior to registration. For example, if your expry is Nov '19 you may need to use a different card.

Note: Once you register and pay the 1/2deposit your camp dates cannot be changed without the forfeiture of the 1/2 deposit. Trades or "switching" to another week are not permitted. If you need to cancel your camp week please notify HALO asap. We do require a 30day advance notice for cancelation to avoid additional fees which may be up to the remaining balance of your camp if we are unable to fill your cancelled camp sessions.

We recommend that you have more than one "camp" week in mind so that if your 1st choice is not available you can quickly move on to your second choice . Dates and times will not be released until registration opens. This is why we recommend being flexible .

This will ensure the best way for us to contact you in the order in which we receive your inquiries. Due to number of staff available to answer calls please do not call unless absolutely necessary.

*Online registration remains open (accessible to all HALO members ) until all "camp" weeks are filled.
